Initiate Request
Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact for the pickup agent.
Reverse Pickup
A dedicated courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours of your request approval.
Refund or Replacement
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
